Hi, I’m Elfreda
As a midwife and a mom raising two kids far from family, I truly understand how isolating and exhausting it can be to do it all on your own. I vividly remember those nights—feeling physically drained and emotionally stretched thin, trying to juggle it all without the safety net of a support system.
With no family nearby to step in, the weight of every sleepless night, every endless cycle of rocking and feeding, fell entirely on me. The exhaustion wasn’t just physical—it started to seep into my ability to enjoy motherhood, to stay present, and to care for myself.
I burned out quickly because I was running on empty, and I know I’m not alone in that. It’s an overwhelming place to be, and it’s exactly why I’m so passionate about helping other parents find a way through it. You deserve rest, support, and the space to truly enjoy this season of life.
But everything changed when I found a way to help my kids sleep independently. With routines in place, bedtime stopped being a struggle, and I finally had time to care for myself too.
I became a sleep consultant because I know how exhausting sleepless nights are, and I don’t want other parents to feel that way. Watching children thrive on new sleep routines and seeing parents transform from exhausted to energized is the reason I love what I do.
Every family is unique, which is why I focus on empathy, support, and being available whenever you need me. Living internationally has also shown me how important it is for parents to get a moment to themselves.
A simple cup of coffee or a quiet shower can make all the difference—and good sleep makes those moments possible. When you work with me, I want you to feel understood, supported, and confident.
